Once this email is received you will receive a reply back with; a PDF file containing "Event Package Services and Pricing", a PDF file containing a " Booking Contract" and a PDF containing a " Final Contract Agreement". Please review these files and if you're interested in moving forward with the booking process, simply complete and return the "Booking Contract" via email, along with a reasonable time to initiate a telephone conference to discuss details and answer any questions, after the telephone conference is completed and all detail have been collected, deposit secured and booking contract finalized then you may proceed with signing and dating the "Final Contract Agreement" and return it via email.

Once confirmed and date is secured all communications will be handled by email up until 48 hours prior to event date, then another phone call will be initiated to confirm that everything is still secured and ready to go.
